New Jersey Licensed Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support data engineering initiatives, the full-time Sr Databricks Certified Data Engineer will manage large-scale projects, design and deploy end-to-end data architectures, and work extensively with Databricks and cloud ecosystems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and architectures using Databricks and cloud services
• Lead and manage large-scale data engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective client communication
• Optimize data workflows and performance tuning for distributed computing environments using Apache Spark

Required qualifications:

• Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional Certification
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics
• Proficiency in Python or Scala programming languages
• Experience with advanced Databricks concepts, including Genie Spaces and Agents
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
