Job Summary

Providing ongoing virtual support, the part-time contracted New Jersey Licensed Doula will assist pregnant and postpartum individuals with emotional support, education, and preparation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 sessions and contribute to group-based education on childbirth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care
• Conduct onboarding and proactive outreach using structured workflows and communication tools
• Document all interactions clearly and efficiently within Canopie's platform while building trust through relationship-based support

Required qualifications

• Fluent Spanish speaker (spoken and written)
• Certified Doula (DONA or equivalent)
• Experience supporting individuals through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
• Strong digital literacy with telehealth platforms and documentation tools
• Comfortable delivering virtual support and following structured workflows
