Job Summary

A company is looking for an Educator Support Specialist (Multiple Vacancies).

Key Responsibilities

Provide confidential telephonic support and counseling in alignment with AIDNJEA/RINGNEA mission
Assess and respond to telephone service calls/requests according to established procedures
Familiarize with educational associations and resources to assist callers effectively

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in education, counseling, or a related field
Two years of teaching or educational experience
Additional related experience may substitute for the Bachelor's Degree
Completion of the UBHC internal training program is required
Some counseling experience or training is preferred
