Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney with a focus on family law.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation/trial experience (family law preferred)
• Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar
• Strong courtroom presence and case management skills
• Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
