Job Summary

Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Family Law Attorney will consult with clients, draft legal documents, prepare and file motions, attend depositions, and represent clients in court proceedings, with flexible work-from-home options available.

Key responsibilities

• Consulting with clients on family law issues such as divorce, child custody, and spousal support
• Drafting legal documents and preparing motions for court filings
• Representing clients in court proceedings and attending depositions

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission and in good standing in New Jersey
• Proficiency in family law and related legal principles
• Experience handling divorce, child custody, and property settlements
• Strong skills in preparing and filing legal documents
