Job Summary
To support a growing family law practice, the remote New Jersey Licensed Family Law Attorney will manage a caseload of divorce, custody, and support matters, handling cases from intake through resolution while collaborating with senior attorneys as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Manage family law and matrimonial matters from intake through resolution
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Appear in court for various family law proceedings and communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
Required qualifications
- 2 to 10+ years of family law experience
- Active New Jersey Bar admission in good standing
- Ability to independently manage files with limited oversight
- Strong drafting, litigation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with divorce, custody, and equitable distribution matters
