Job Summary

To support a growing family law practice, the remote New Jersey Licensed Family Law Attorney will manage a caseload of divorce, custody, and support matters, handling cases from intake through resolution while collaborating with senior attorneys as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage family law and matrimonial matters from intake through resolution
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Appear in court for various family law proceedings and communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

Required qualifications

• 2 to 10+ years of family law experience
• Active New Jersey Bar admission in good standing
• Ability to independently manage files with limited oversight
• Strong drafting, litigation, and negotiation skills
• Experience with divorce, custody, and equitable distribution matters
