Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem Healthcare Provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in handling telephone calls and service requests effectively and in a consumer-friendly manner
• Maintains knowledge of eligibility and admission criteria for relevant programs
• Conducts clinical assessments and schedules appointments as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with one year of experience in the human services field
• At least three years of experience as a firefighter, Corrections Officer, EMS professional, or retired law enforcement officer
• Active New Jersey certification/licensure in Social Work (if applicable)
• Valid driver's license required
• Equivalent education, experience, and/or training may substitute for the degree requirement
