Job Summary

To support the First Responder Peer Services programs, the Per Diem Healthcare Provider will conduct assessments for first responders across New Jersey, ensuring quality service delivery while working on a flexible, per diem basis.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in handling service requests and telephone calls effectively and in a consumer-friendly manner
• Perform clinical assessments and schedule appointments as necessary based on feedback from receiving units
• Assist in supervising daily operations of the First Responder Peer Services programs as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with one year of experience in the human services field
• At least three years of experience as a firefighter, Corrections Officer, EMS professional, or retired law enforcement officer
• Active New Jersey certification/licensure in Social Work if applicable
• Valid driver's license
