New Jersey Licensed Immigration Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated New Jersey Licensed Immigration Attorney, the full-time remote Immigration Staff Attorney will manage a full caseload, develop personalized legal strategies, and ensure quality control of immigration applications while collaborating with clients and support staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for clients based on their unique circumstances
• Meticulously review application packets and motions for various immigration petitions
• Provide constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accurate document delivery

Required qualifications:

• Must have an active U.S. Bar license
• 2+ years of attorney experience with complex immigration cases (T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, SIJS)
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with native or fluent proficiency
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal)
• A growth-oriented "can-do" attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
