Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney (Spanish-English) who will manage a full caseload, develop personalized legal strategies, and provide client representation in immigration matters while collaborating with paralegals and support staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for clients based on their unique circumstances
• Meticulously review application packets and motions for various immigration petitions
• Conduct initial legal reviews and represent clients in Adjustment of Status interviews before USCIS

Required qualifications:

• Active U.S. Bar license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex immigration cases
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems
• Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
