Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, remote Bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney (Spanish-English) who will manage a full caseload, develop personalized legal strategies, and provide client representation while collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional legal services.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for clients based on their unique circumstances
• Review application packets and motions for various immigration petitions and processes
• Provide feedback and guidance to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure timely document preparation

Required qualifications:

• Active U.S. Bar license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling complex immigration cases
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and immigration case management systems
• Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
