Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated New Jersey Licensed Immigration Attorney, the remote position will manage a full caseload, develop personalized legal strategies, and provide client representation while collaborating with paralegals and support staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for clients based on their unique circumstances
• Review application packets and motions for various immigration petitions with meticulous attention to detail
• Provide feedback and guidance to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure timely document delivery

Required qualifications:

• Active U.S. Bar license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in reviewing complex immigration cases
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with native or fluent proficiency
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and immigration case management systems
