Job Summary

To support a growing immigration practice, the full-time remote Bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney (Spanish - English) will manage a full caseload, develop personalized legal strategies, and represent clients in various immigration matters while collaborating with paralegals and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for clients based on their unique circumstances
• Meticulously review application packets and motions for various immigration petitions
• Grade and provide constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure timely document delivery

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active U.S. Bar license
• 2+ years of attorney experience reviewing complex immigration cases (T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, SIJS)
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with native or fluent proficiency
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal)
• A growth-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail
