Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney (English-Spanish) who will manage a full caseload, develop personalized legal strategies, and provide client representation in a remote, full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for clients based on their unique legal circumstances
• Meticulously review application packets and motions for various immigration petitions and waivers
• Grade and provide feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accurate document delivery

Required qualifications:

• Must have an active U.S. Bar license
• 2+ years of attorney experience with complex immigration cases (T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, SIJS)
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with native or fluent proficiency
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal)
• Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail
