New Jersey Licensed Immigration Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney (English-Spanish) to join a remote team, this full-time position will manage a full caseload, develop personalized legal strategies, and ensure quality control of immigration applications while providing compassionate client representation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for clients based on their unique circumstances
• Meticulously review application packets and legal documents for various immigration petitions
• Conduct initial reviews and represent clients in Adjustment of Status interviews before USCIS

Required qualifications:

• Active U.S. Bar license
• 2+ years of experience reviewing complex immigration cases (T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, SIJS)
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with native or fluent proficiency
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal)
• Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail
