Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for clients based on their unique circumstances
- Meticulously review application packets and motions for various immigration petitions
- Provide guidance and feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accurate document delivery
Required qualifications:
- Must have an active U.S. Bar license
- 2+ years of attorney experience with complex immigration cases
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with native or fluent proficiency
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal)
