Seeking a motivated Bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney (English-Spanish) to work remotely in a full-time capacity, who will manage a full caseload, develop personalized legal strategies, and provide compassionate representation to clients navigating complex immigration issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for clients based on their unique circumstances
- Meticulously review application packets and motions for various immigration petitions
- Conduct initial legal reviews and represent clients in Adjustment of Status interviews before USCIS
Required qualifications:
- Must have an active U.S. Bar license
- 2+ years of experience reviewing complex immigration cases
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with native or fluent proficiency
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems
