Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney (English-Spanish) to work remotely, the position will manage a full caseload, develop personalized legal strategies, and provide client representation in immigration matters while collaborating with a dedicated legal team.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for clients based on their unique circumstances
- Meticulously review application packets and motions for various immigration petitions
- Conduct initial legal reviews and represent clients in Adjustment of Status interviews before USCIS
Required qualifications:
- Must have an active U.S. Bar license
- 2+ years of attorney experience with complex immigration cases (T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, SIJS)
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with native or fluent proficiency
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal)
