New Jersey Licensed Inpatient Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inpatient Coding Enterprise Auditor, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal staff to enhance documentation, coding, and compliance
• Review and assess coding quality on accounts completed by Medical Coders
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and patterns in coding errors

Required Qualifications

• Hold AAPC and/or AHIMA certification; CPMA is advantageous
• Minimum of 3-5 years of coding and auditing experience, or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA in Medical Coding
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing responsibilities
