Job Summary

Seeking a New Jersey Licensed Insurance Defense Attorney, the full-time position will manage insurance defense matters in state and federal courts, conduct depositions, and prepare client reports, with the flexibility to work hybrid or fully remote after training.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle insurance defense matters in New Jersey state and federal courts
• Conduct and defend depositions while maintaining accurate daily billable time entries
• Prepare client reports and discovery responses, managing commercial motor vehicle cases under a partner's guidance

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of recent insurance defense experience
• Active New Jersey Bar admission required
• Strong experience in conducting and defending depositions
• Experience in preparing client reports and discovery responses
• Transportation litigation experience, particularly with commercial motor vehicle cases, is a bonus
