Job Summary

Leading a team of sales associates, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Insurance Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the Insurance Call Center, ensuring high levels of member satisfaction and production of insurance sales while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop sales associates through effective supervisory techniques and coaching
  • Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, and performance reviews of Sales Associates
  • Prepare monthly reports on department activity and sales statistics for management review
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance sales field, including one year in a supervisory role
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License
  • Proficiency in standard business application software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
