Job Summary

Leading a team of sales associates, the full-time Insurance Call Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure high levels of member satisfaction, and manage the production of insurance sales while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor sales associates, fostering a positive and productive team environment
  • Act as a technical advisor for sales associates, providing guidance on products and processes
  • Prepare monthly reports on department activity and sales statistics for management review
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance sales field, including at least one year in a supervisory role
  • An active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License
  • Proficient in desktop computing skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
