Job Summary
Leading a team of sales associates, the full-time Insurance Call Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure high levels of member satisfaction, and manage the production of insurance sales while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales associates, fostering a positive and productive team environment
- Act as a technical advisor for sales associates, providing guidance on products and processes
- Prepare monthly reports on department activity and sales statistics for management review
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance sales field, including at least one year in a supervisory role
- An active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License
- Proficient in desktop computing skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
