Job Summary

Conducting thorough investigations from a home office, the full-time hourly Desktop Investigator will utilize research tools and make outbound calls to uncover information related to insurance and fraud cases.

Key responsibilities

• Review case documentation and develop investigative strategies based on client instructions
• Conduct research using various databases and make up to 75 outbound calls daily to gather information
• Write detailed reports documenting findings and support field investigators with case coordination

Required qualifications

• Hold or qualify for a valid Private Investigator's License in New Jersey
• Possess an associate's degree or higher
• Demonstrate experience in a fast-paced investigative environment
• Understand basic medical terminology or have exposure to the healthcare industry
• Exhibit professionalism and persistence in communication with third parties
