New Jersey Licensed IT/OT Project Manager
Job Summary
Experienced in managing OT/SCADA projects within the electric utility industry, the remote contract IT/OT Project Manager will lead end-to-end project execution while ensuring compliance with NERC CIP standards and managing project governance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead IT/OT, SCADA, EMS, DMS, OMS, and OT infrastructure projects from initiation to closeout
- Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and budgets while adhering to EPMO Stage Gate governance
- Prepare status reports and documentation for steering committees and support NERC CIP audit cycles
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of OT/SCADA Project Management experience in an electric utility environment
- Strong expertise in Transmission & Distribution SCADA, EMS, DMS, OMS, and grid modernization
- Proven experience with NERC CIP compliance and audit cycles
- Knowledge of IT/OT integration, cybersecurity, and utility infrastructure
- PMP certification preferred; CISSP, CISM, or GCIP is a plus
