Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Attorney who is fluent in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related documents
  • Handle estate planning matters including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate documents
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in New Jersey (New York admission is a plus)
  • Experience or knowledge in Real Estate and/or Trust & Estates law preferred, but motivated recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small firm setting
  • Commitment to professionalism, client service, and ethical practice
