Job Summary
To support an expanding law firm, a full-time New Jersey Licensed Labor Attorney will manage plaintiff-side civil litigation cases, focusing on wage and hour and class action matters while working remotely with occasional travel to the New York City office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and litigate plaintiff-side civil cases, including wage and hour and class action lawsuits
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including briefs and motions
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide legal advice throughout the litigation process
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of plaintiff-side civil litigation experience
- Admission or pending admission to the New Jersey State Bar
- Experience with wage and hour and class action cases is highly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the firm's New York City office
