Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to provide legal support and assistance in contract negotiation and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate contract terms in various agreements
• Provide legal advice and guidance on compliance matters
• Collaborate with executives and colleagues in contract negotiations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with technology commercial contracts
• Familiarity with SaaS and related technology areas
• Healthcare contract experience with MSOs, Hospitals, Health Systems, Laboratories, or Health Plans
