Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Specialist II to support mortgage licensing compliance and operational readiness across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain company, branch, and individual mortgage licenses, managing applications, renewals, and ongoing monitoring
• Track licensing timelines and requirements to ensure compliance with education, bonding, reporting, and renewal obligations
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and regulatory agencies, providing licensing status updates and responding to inquiries

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma required; degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience considered
• Five or more years of experience in the mortgage industry, with at least three years focused on licensing and compliance
• Hands-on experience managing company, branch, and MLO licenses throughout the full licensing lifecycle
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
