New Jersey Licensed Medical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director to provide leadership and support within the healthcare provider network.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all lines of business and collaborate with various teams to enhance operational effectiveness
• Develop and maintain relationships with providers and conduct performance reviews and coaching
• Analyze data related to case management and utilization, addressing variances and collaborating on reporting

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Board Certification in an American Board of Medicine recognized specialty
• Current unrestricted MD or DO license to practice medicine in New Jersey
• 5-7 years of clinical experience with data management skills
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar software and MS Office products
• Knowledge of Utilization Management, Case Management, and Quality Management principles
