Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director to oversee clinical documentation and coding compliance for inpatient charts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and maintain collaborative relationships to achieve company goals
• Ensure compliance with medical and federal guidelines while generating compliant queries based on clinical indicators
• Review analytics to identify trends and improve opportunity capture rates for clients

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited medical school
• Preferred completion of an ACGME accredited US residency program
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including residency
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work as part of a team
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in a Windows environment
