New Jersey Licensed Medical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director, Provider Performance & Clinical Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop provider education and performance management initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement evidence-based performance management solutions
• Lead a team focused on clinical transformation and quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Minimum of 10 years clinical experience in a patient-centric/value-based setting
• At least 5 years of medical management experience in a managed care setting
• Physician leadership experience in integrated delivery systems with financial accountability
• Current unrestricted MD or DO license from the state of New Jersey
