Job Summary
To support early-phase clinical development programs, the part-time New Jersey Licensed Medical Monitor will lead the planning, execution, and interpretation of clinical trial data, provide medical monitoring oversight, and deliver training to scientific and medical directors in oncology.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the direction and execution of clinical trial data interpretation and oversight for early-phase oncology programs
- Design and deliver training sessions on clinical data review and medical monitoring best practices for scientific and medical directors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data review and timely communication of safety findings
Required qualifications
- Advanced clinical degree preferred; other advanced scientific/medical degrees may be considered
- Experience in clinical development, medical monitoring, or oncology trials
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and data cleaning processes
- Familiarity with EDC systems and clinical review platforms such as Spotfire and J-Review
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor scientific audiences on complex clinical information
