Job Summary

Seeking a New Jersey Licensed Medicare Sales Agent, the full-time remote position will manage inbound calls from prospective members, consult on insurance needs, and assist with enrollment applications while meeting performance goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective members and convert inquiries into sales leads
  • Follow up with members regarding questions or new products and assist in completing enrollment applications
  • Navigate multiple computer systems to document member information while maintaining engagement with customers
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of customer service/sales experience
  • Current and active Health Insurance license in the state of residence
  • 1+ years of recent sales experience utilizing a health insurance license or a bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including training, with flexibility for overtime and weekends
  • Current residence in New Jersey, Delaware, or Maryland
