Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and psychotherapy to patients via telehealth, maintaining a weekly average of 31 patients
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans using various psychotherapy modalities
• Participate in supervision groups, training, and meetings for ongoing professional development

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey State License (LSW/LAC) or license-eligible with up to 2 years of post-licensure experience
• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
• At least one year of experience practicing psychotherapy
• Certifications in specific modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) are a plus
• Proficiency with technology platforms and systems relevant to telehealth services
