Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II to support the 988 Lifeline Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients in a therapeutic manner and provide support through assessments
• Assist clients in identifying personal recovery goals and determine appropriate interventions
• Advocate for resources based on assessed needs and maintain client relationships for ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Experience with crisis intervention
• Capability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Willingness to work in various environmental conditions, including moderate noise levels
