Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II to provide person-centered services in the Outpatient Services Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with the supervisor regarding duties and assignments for each shift
• Provide customer-friendly services and engage individuals in an empathic manner
• Respond to referrals and inquiries professionally and sensitively

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time experience in the mental health field or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Fluency in Spanish is required
• Ability to use a computer for recording services and basic office functions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Active New Jersey certification/licensure in Social Work preferred for applicants with a degree in Social Work
