Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Model good communication and recovery-oriented living skills for clients
• Participate in handling service requests effectively and client-friendly
• Document assessments, interventions, and client interactions in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a relevant mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Ability to assess client needs and provide appropriate referrals
• Experience in crisis intervention
• Capability to handle phone requests under time pressure
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and walk throughout the program space
