Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II to provide support for the 988 Lifeline Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients in a therapeutic manner and model effective communication and coping skills
• Assist clients in identifying personal recovery goals and develop interventions based on these goals
• Advocate for appropriate resources for clients based on assessed needs

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to recognize and respond to the unique needs of clients
• Experience in crisis intervention
• Capability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
