• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to assess client needs and make appropriate referrals
• Competency in crisis intervention and support strategies
• Experience in documentation and compliance with established policies
• Ability to work under time and decision-making pressure
