Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Models effective communication and recovery-oriented living skills for clients
• Participates in the Call Center to ensure client-friendly handling of service requests
• Assesses client needs and documents interactions in accordance with established policies

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Competency in assessing client needs and providing appropriate referrals
• Ability to document assessments and interventions in a timely manner
• Experience in crisis intervention and handling high-pressure situations
• Physical capability to lift up to 20 lbs and walk throughout the program space
