Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Specialist II for the 988 Lifeline Services - Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Models effective communication and recovery-oriented living skills for clients
• Responds promptly to service requests via calls, chats, and texts
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of resources to provide guidance and appropriate referrals

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a relevant mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Experience with crisis intervention
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and walk throughout the program space
• Willingness to work in a clean, well-lighted, and moderately loud environment
