Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients in a therapeutic manner and model effective coping and recovery-oriented skills
• Assist clients in identifying personal recovery goals and set objectives for interventions
• Advocate for appropriate resources and maintain relationships to monitor clients' emotional and behavioral changes

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Experience in providing customer-friendly services in a mental health setting
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
• Experience with crisis intervention is preferred
