Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and models effective recovery-oriented skills
• Assists clients in identifying personal recovery goals, setting objectives, and determining appropriate interventions
• Develops and maintains client relationships to identify emotional or behavioral changes and advocates for necessary resources

Required Qualifications

• Four (4) years of full-time paid experience in a relevant mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Experience in crisis intervention and support services
• Ability to handle time-sensitive requests under pressure
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including potential remote work arrangements
