Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II (Per Diem) for the NJ Hopeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Models good communication and recovery-oriented living skills for clients
• Accepts service requests and responds to calls, chats, or texts promptly
• Maintains knowledge of resources and programs to provide guidance and make referrals

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to perform assessments and document client interactions accurately
• Experience in crisis intervention and handling time-sensitive requests
• Capability to collaborate effectively with staff and referral sources
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
