Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervising Mental Health Specialist (Military/Veteran).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to assigned staff
• Contribute to the efficiency and productivity of unit operations
• Review service requests and respond according to departmental procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant social or health care field, plus one year of full-time experience in a behavioral health setting
• At least three years of lived experience in the armed forces
• Active New Jersey certification/licensure for Social Work (if applicable)
• Prior supervisory or lead experience is preferred
• Prior call center experience is preferred
