Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II to provide support and services for clients of the 988 Lifeline Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner
• Assesses service requests and provides appropriate referrals or dispositions
• Documents assessments and interactions with clients in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
• Experience with crisis intervention
• Willingness to work in varying conditions, including moderate noise levels
