Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II - Part Time for the NJ Hopeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and assesses their service needs
• Handles service requests effectively and ensures timely documentation of assessments and interventions
• Develops familiarity with other providers and resources to facilitate client support

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Experience with crisis intervention
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Willingness to work in various environments, including potentially loud settings
