Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II - Part Time for the 988 Lifeline Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and ensures effective handling of service requests
• Assesses service requests and client's condition to provide appropriate referrals and dispositions
• Documents assessments and interactions with clients in a timely manner according to established policies

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Physical capability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand or walk throughout the program space
• Experience in crisis intervention
• Familiarity with relevant providers and resources to facilitate client support
