Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II - Part Time for the 988 Lifeline Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and ensures effective handling of service requests
• Assesses service requests and client conditions to provide appropriate referrals and dispositions
• Documents assessments and interactions with clients in accordance with established policies

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a relevant mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Familiarity with other providers and resources to facilitate client interactions
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
• Experience in crisis intervention is preferred
