Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II for the 988 Lifeline Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Model good communication and recovery-oriented living skills to clients
• Respond to service requests via phone, chat, and text within prescribed timeframes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resources and programs for client guidance and referrals

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to perform assessments and make appropriate dispositions
• Experience in crisis intervention and handling high-pressure situations
• Physical capability to lift up to 20 lbs and walk throughout the program space
• Familiarity with documentation protocols and data input in informational systems
